Shipping Policy


Please read this section carefully:

*All orders take 2-7 business days to process THEN ship. We ask you be patient. If anything is wrong with the order, we will contact you.

*DOMESTIC UNITED STATES: CHOOSING FIRST CLASS MAIL OR PRIORITY MAIL DOES NOT EXPEDITE THE WAY WE WILL PROCESS YOUR ORDER. IT ONLY MEANS THE METHOD OF HOW IT WILL BE SHIPPED AT THE TIME OF SHIPPING YOUR ORDER.

*All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) worldwide.

*All orders over $99 have free shipping on DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY (UNITED STATES).

*All international orders are shipped USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL OR USPS PRIORITY MAIL. There is A TRACKING NUMBER provided but it may not always track to final destination. If you choose FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL, we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen mail to international countries AND First Class International Mail DOES NOT have a tracking number but a CUSTOMS FORM ID # WHICH WILL be emailed to you.

*ShadesDaddy.com is NOT responsible for lost or stolen mail BOTH domestically or internationally. You have the option to purchase insurance domestically for $5 fee.

*ShadesDaddy.com is NOT responsible for any duty fees associated with customs at time of arrival to your country.

*International orders can take anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks to arrive. Orders may take longer due to customs hold   ups. We are not responsible for any issues associated with customs.

*If your item is in backorder or discontinued, we will email you after 24-48 hrs to make you aware.

The way INSURANCE works with DOMESTIC orrders:

When you purchase insurance with your order, you are purchasing a guarantee that IF and ONLY the official USPS.com website says your tracking number (your order) was delivered to an incorrect address, was never delivered, or states it is lost, we will send out a new pair.

ShadesDaddy.com is NOT responsible for lost or stolen orders if the customer makes a mistake on the SHIPPING address that is printed on the label and the package goes elsewhere. It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address you put on your order is the correct one, even with the purchase of insurance.
